Not all places in the U.S. observe daylight time. In particu lar, Arizona, Hawaii, and most of Indiana do not use it.

I'm not sure if this has reached you from other sources but on Nov 6 a delegation from the British Library is visiting to see some of the work that AVD and others have been doing with the surface, etc.
AVD mentioned Cave Writing to them and they expressed an interest in seeing some Cave Writing demonstrations. I'm around that morning and agreed to do this. There isn't a fixed time yet but their visit has to be before 2pm.
I'm just wondering. Will you be back from California? Any problems you might foresee?
Also the artist David Rokeby, giving a Computing Across the Disciplines lecture on Thursday evening may also be roped into this visit -- if I have my way.
